Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds are available within 14 days of the original registration/payment date. After 14 days, all registrations are considered final and non-refundable, regardless of the camp start date. Medical Exception In the event of a medical issue or injury that prevents a participant from attending, a partial or full refund, or program credit, may be considered at the discretion of Northern Elite Sports, with supporting medical documentation. Additional Information Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, minus any non-refundable processing fees. Registrations may be transferred to another participant with prior approval and completion of required forms. Northern Elite Sports reserves the right to cancel or reschedule camps due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or credit will be issued.
